Hot Tub Silver should be added to the water every time the water in the tub is changed. Most tub manufacturers recommend that the water should be changed at least every 90 days. When the water is drained from the tub, the tub walls and bottom should be washed down and rinsed and filters are cleaned and rinsed. One 500 mL bottle should be added to the freshwater when the tub is re-filled.
